Training Schedule

Squad training sessions are as follows:

PLEASE NOTE THAT TRAINING TIMES HAVE CHANGED SINCE LAST YEAR


Coached sessions:

  • Tuesday 6pm – 8pm
  • Friday 7am – 9am
  • Sunday 2pm – 4pm

Fitness training:

  • Or Friday 7am – 8am (if not training)

Strength and Conditioning:

  • Friday 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Sunday 1pm – 2pm

 

BUCs Matches fall on Wednesday afternoons. Home matches typically start at 1pm, away matches vary. Local League matches primarily fall on Tuesday evenings, however they are subject to change.


Social badminton sessions are as follows:

Saturday 3pm – 5pm

All sessions are held at Newcastle University Sports Centre.
